3. Killua vs Speed-O-Sound Sonic
This fight wouldn't necessarily be an all out slugfest with everything in sight destroyed. Instead, it would involve plenty of tactics and, of course, speed. Tactically speaking, I think Killua would have the edge: he's an assassin (and hunter) and has been trained to kill from a very young age. He will be able to use his experience to analyse situations and, if things aren't going his way, come up with solutions quickly. Having said this, Sonic may have similar experiences, it's just we aren't aware of them due to his lack of screen time.
Speed wise, it's easy to argue that Killua has the speed of lightning and sonic has the speed of sound. Obviously the speed of lightning is MUCH quicker (220,000,000mph compared to 767.3mph, cheers Google) so Killua wins this hands down right? Wrong. Killua's God Speed doesn't actually improve his speed; it allows him to maintain his highest speed all the time. Having said this, it also improves his reflexes and reactions to enemy attacks to the speed of lightning. Now, after rewatching the scenes Sonic is in, it seems as though he would be slightly faster than Killua, though this could just be the way OPM is animated.
In terms of general fighting ability, it seems Killua would have the advantage due to his ability to use Nen. Although, Sonic does show signs of strength against Hammerhead and the paradisers and durability against the Sea King. Also, Killua's nen supply is not limitless and given that he would need to use Godspeed against Sonic, his supply would run out relatively quickly.
Overall, I would have to give the edge to Killua, I believe his battle experience and torture training would give him the edge in terms of tactics and endurance, and his 'switch' would get the better of Sonic. This is not to say sonic wouldn't put up a good fight, I think his skill and strength would surprise Killua, and it would be a lot closer than a lot of people would think. They would certainly be a formidable team.

ARGHHH I can't get these to line up, sorry!
2. Dangai Ichigo vs Adult Gon
The first time I thought about this as a potentially great fight was just after Ichigo vs Aizen in the Bleach franchise. Although a lot of people had given up on Bleach at this point, I thought the fight was pretty good, if a bit one sided. It was actually the one-sided nature of the fight that reminded me of the Gon vs Pitou fight, which is essentially Gon beating the shit out of Pitou. Due to the nature of their personalities, I believe Ichigo vs Gon in general would be an intense fight and with both characters putting everything on the line (Ichigo will lose his Shinigami powers; Gon will lose his ability to use nen and destroy his body) the intensity would be significantly heightened.
In terms of raw power, Ichigo probably takes the cake. In his fight, he destroys mountains with what seems to be a half-arsed swing. He also CATCHES Aizen's blade, who had thus far been the strongest character by a mile. However, what Gon lacks in strength, he makes up for in speed. He becomes known for his speed throughout the series and it's on display once again in his 'fight' against Pitou. Having said this, Ichigo's bankai is essentially a huge upgrade of his physical abilities. This is first displayed in his fight against Byakuya and it completely turns the fight on its head. Stamina wise, I think they're both pretty similar. Throughout their respective animes, they get beaten up plenty; Ichigo gets stabbed, Gon gets half his arm blown off, and yet they persevere, and usually win (less so for Gon as he was a surprisingly unpredictable protagonist).
Overall, I think Ichigo would be on the offensive due to his superior power. Although Gon would have his moments (as he is a monster), I'm not sure if he would find enough time to pull off his signature move: rock, paper, rock. Both characters' exceptional stamina would be put to the test and they would more than likely run out at similar times. If this were to be the case, Ichigo would be the victor as Gon's condition after his transformation deems him unable to fight (honestly, Gon is pretty screwed either way).

Sorry about the dodgy quality, both from HD episodes but went skew whiff after editing
1. Saitama vs Goku
Since the release of OPM and Saitama, the most overpowered protagonist of all time, I've always wondered just HOW powerful he is. Even in the final fight of the anime (Saitama vs Lord Boros), not at any point was I remotely concerned that Saitama would lose or even get hurt. Shortly after the fight, Lord Boros himself says "You had strength to spare. I never stood a chance", and this is coming from a guy who has spent his entire life conquering planets. Does this imply that, if he wanted, Saitama could destroy planets? It was this thought which made think of Dragonball and in particular, Goku. Do I think Saitama could take on Goku? No, probably not. In fact, I'm pretty sure at this point Goku would ironically finish him in one punch, especially if he's anywhere near as powerful as his Super Saiyan blue transformation. It would be really interesting to revisit this concept after the second season of OPM; by that point, the answer could be completely different. One thing I can say for certain though is, especially from a choreogophic standpoint, that it would be one hell of a fight.
